Return Policy
For Mattress:
The 100-day trial of mattress begins at the time your mattress is delivered. If you would like to return it before then, please reach out to service@z-homliving.com and one of our representatives will help you with your return.
How to Return
1. Submit a return request through emails to service@z-homliving.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Enter your order number and email address on subject.
3. Describe the return reasons on emails.
4. We will send you a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a prepaid shipping label with 48 hours.
Please note that our 100 Night Sleep Trial is not valid on clearance merchandise, boxspringbed, adjustable bases, furniture or other accessories.
For Furniture:
We accept returns on any item within 100 days of being delivered to you. We are unable to authorize a return on an item after 100 days have passed. Please reach out to service@z-homliving.com and one of our representatives will help you with your return.
Return of Mattress and Furniture does NOT cover the following:
1. Damage that occurs during product delivery
2. General abuse of the product
3. Theft or loss of the product
Large items (boxspringbed, sofa etc.) that ship via Truck Delivery will need a freight carrier pick up. Once you let us know you would like to make the return, we begin to contact you for the requested info. This can take 3 to 5 business days, and is subject to change. Once the return is processed, the carrier will reach out to you to schedule a pick up on the next available route. Truck delivery is unlike the small parcel carriers such as DHL, UPS or Fedex and don't have regular routes to every neighborhood each day. Once the carrier can confirm the route, they will reach out to you to schedule an appointment. While freight carriers call at least a business day or two in advance, they tend not to call earlier than that. The timeframe for a return pick up varies depending on your zip code.
One free exchange per household.
IMPORTANT: Original packaging must be retained and used in the event of a return or exchange. If an item is returned or exchanged without the original packaging, a repacking fee will be deducted from your refund.
